Keith Bradley

Founder

Keith Bradley, Founder, Kwatsi Limited and HealthPad and a founding and current Director of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation, www.integralife.com a NASDAQ traded diverse global medical device corporation and the world’s largest neurosurgical company. It has annual revenues in excess of $870 million, employs 3,500 people worldwide, produces more than 60,000 medical devices and markets them in over 120 countries. Each day, Integra’s products are used in millions of surgical procedures and benefit millions of people around the world.

Keith is a financial expert designated by the US Security and Exchange Commission and his experience includes strategic leadership as a Business Development Advisor for a US investment firm. He is currently an adviser to RPH Capital, Canada. Keith also has experience as a main board director of a London Stock Exchange financial services company and is an experienced consultant to governments, international organizations and a number of global corporations.

For over a decade Keith taught at the London School of Economics and was the founder and former Director of the LSE’s Business Performance Group. A former professor at the Harvard Business School and Professor of International Management and Management Strategy at the Open University and Cass Business School, London.

The author of eight books and numerous peer reviewed papers published in journals ranging from the Harvard Business Review to the Review of Economic Studies. In addition Keith has made TV and radio documentaries for the BBC and contributed regularly to the quality press, including The Economist and the Financial Times. He has good international business and policy contacts and a sound knowledge of the healthcare sector and the global healthcare industry.


Richard Thornton

Managing Director

Born in New Zealand, Richard's career has progressed from early farming days through to a series of International Sales and Customer Relations roles and in more recent times he was the MD of a global Executive Search firm based in London.

Through-out his career Richard has been involved in people management, (at one time over 400), including hiring, training, development, succession planning and on occasions down-sizing.

Managing a business owned in turn by an Australasian and then a US parent organisation Richard has been heavily involved in company reporting, setting targets, measuring results and ultimately managing the P&L for the benefit of shareholders and stakeholders alike.


Margherita Cella

Client Relationship Manager

Italian born Margherita has solid international experience in managing complex and commercially sensitive projects, data and information.

She enjoys working in an international, multilingual and culturally diverse environment. Her mother-tongue is Italian, she is fluent in English and she also has working knowledge of German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Margherita has worked with high profile executives and is used to managing confidential situations.


Anestis Iossifidis, MD, FRCS Ed, FRCS Ed(orth)

Clinical Advisor

Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon in London since 1997, Anestis is Greek with medical studies in France, and surgical training in the UK.

He is a member of the British and European shoulder surgery societies.

Over the last 36 years he has accumulated an extensive experience in the European hospital health care provision as well as in planning and delivering new diagnostic and treatment pathways. He has a special interest in telemedicine, Day surgery and surgical outcomes.


Bartek Luszcz

Digital Media Manager

Creative individual who is committed to the video industry. Bartek is a cameraman, editor and all-round media expert who is used to working away from the office. He has worked in demanding situations including with foreign news correspondents from around the world.

He has a track record of many successful internet media related projects, loves new challenges and new technology.


Tudor Prodan

Technical Director

An expert technical software engineer with responsibility for maintaining the Company’s platform, enhancing its functionality and keeping abreast of technical developments in a fast moving industry.

Tudor, who has previously worked with Publicis, France, is an experienced, multi-lingual executive and a technical authority with breadth and depth of technical knowledge and a proven track record in delivering smart and innovative solutions to complex challenges for both large and small organisations.

Visit to India Delhi and connecting with clinicians from AIIMS, Medanta and Dharamshila Cancer Hospital and Research Centre

India is a rapidly emerging economy committed to developing premium medical services. Incidences of chronic non-communicable diseases in India is escalating and creating a significant and growing medical, social and economic burden for the country. Medical expertise to manage the problem is scarce and resides in pockets of excellence in cities such as Delhi.

The Company's founder was invited by senior oncologists from leading Delhi cancer hospitals to make presentations about the opportunities of interactive health.

Over five days we met and spoke to hundreds of exceptional clinicians from Medanta, The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital and Dharamshila Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, where we were delighted to present to all the hospital's entire clinical staff.

Our Work

The London Neurosurgery Partnership is a unique concept in the provision of neurosurgical care. The team comprises eleven Consultant Neurosurgeons, all of whom are recognised superspecialists in their given area of expertise.

HealthPad has worked with the London Neurosurgery Partnership to redesign and redevelop their static website to focus on the delivery of expert information through an engaging library of video content: www.lnpuk.com .

Restructuring their website was vital to ensure the content library is presented in an easy-to-browse manner. We decided to use fresh, clean and subtle colours within an elegant, minimal design to achieve this goal.

We used a navigation that spanned the page and broke down the services and content library into manageable sections. User interface design is key for viewers to locate information quickly.

Information accessibility is vital to enhance user satisfaction, and this is more evident than ever with this project. To ensure that site visitors can easily navigate the Partnership's valuable content library we used a simple two-level navigation system that allows viewers to get to any content page in under three clicks.

Vascular Governance North West
Our Work

The Vascular Governance North West service currently consists of over 50 vascular surgeons working in 22 hospitals. In the north west of England, Vascular Governance is the framework by which these surgeons are setting and monitoring clinical standards.

The Vascular Governance website required a complete overhaul. As surgeons are busy and always on the move, the users of the Vascular Governance site require a simple clean interface with easy navigation. The interface is enabled so that it responds to the device screen-size of any device it might be accessed from. This really is a great way to go! The majority of us are accessing websites on the move, be it on a tablet or a phone, sites now need to respond to keep users satisfied.

Why are the videos being made? Who is going to watch them? What messages would you like the viewer to get from the videos? In a consultative process we work with you to answer such questions, then produce an approach to match your objectives.

PRODUCTION

The production team will research and script the questions, and coordinate contributors as well as sourcing locations and props, as required. We'll also be able to advise you on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to maximise the visibility of your websites video content.

SHOOTING AND EDITING

When all production work has been agreed, filming begins and is supported by our in-house editing and graphics facility.

REVIEW

After the videos have been edited and the graphics finalised, some early sample videos are made available for you to review. We will always allow plenty of time for your feedback on the videos and for necessary changes to be made.

Intellectual Property
Services

The legal compliance issue with intellectual property (IP) is a common concern when making a film. Pictures in the background of shots, incidental music, contributors and locations filmed can all give rise to a later claim of infringement of copyright.

Test

HealthPad provides release forms and licenses for all IP featured in the film. This allows you to use any content we produce however you choose with total confidence. This could mean distributing on DVD, uploading to your own website, uploading to other websites, cutting the films into adverts or even distributing via mobile.

All content can contain your branding and be free from any Kwatsi or HealthPad branding.
